Elena Hsuanyi Whitwam is a Taiwanese and American printmaker and graphic designer based in Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work combines traditional techniques such as lithography and screen-printing with digital processes, drawing inspiration from Taoist philosophy and the aesthetics of packaging design.

Through her work, she explores the connection between people and memory, transforming print into a vessel for recollection by shaping it into three-dimensional forms.

She is also a Graphic Designer and Visual Communicator with a diverse background ranging from freelance brand identity to archival curation. Possesses a strong foundation in visual communications with practical agency experience at McCann Worldgroup and Redhorse Media Production. Skilled in Brand Identity, Layout Design, and Video Editing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
